Terms & Conditions

Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in the Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. This Promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. The winners of the cash prize or the one year supply of Supermalt prize will be requested to supply a form of official ID (e.g. valid driving licence or passport). All entrants shall read these terms and conditions and click the mandatory tick box on the entry form to confirm their age.

2. Internet access, a valid email address, and mobile phone number required for entry. Purchase necessary. Retain receipt for proof of purchase.

3. The Main Promotion Period opens for entries at 00:00 on 15th June 2026 and closes for entries at 23:59 on 24th August 2026. Entries received outside of this time will be void and will not be entered into the Main Promotion.

4. Late Entry Draw: Consumers who enter after the Main Promotion Period will automatically be entered into a Late Entry Draw for the chance to win 1 of 50 £2.00 Product eVoucher prizes. Opens for entries at 00:00 on 25th August 2026 and closes for entries at 23:59 on 21st September 2026. Draw by 28th September 2026. Entry is limited to one entry per person, per email address and mobile number, per day. Maximum 6 entries per person total during the Late Entry Draw Promotion Period.

5. The total Promotional Period shall be no longer than 15 weeks.

6. The Promotion is limited to one entry per person, per email address and mobile number, per day. Maximum 30 entries per person in total during the Main Promotion Period. Maximum of 5 "Instant Win Prize" per person in total throughout the Promotional Period, one prize per prize tier (see clause 10a). Each Unique Reference Number ("URN"s) can only be used once.

7. To enter the Promotion, you must purchase a qualifying pack of Supermalt (see clause 9 for list of qualifying products), scan the QR code on pack or visit www.supermalt-win.co.uk.

   1. Qualifying product will be available to purchase in selected Tesco, Morrisons, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Iceland and Costco stores plus Convenience channel independent stores where available.

8. Enter your details, including full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and the URN found under the cap of the bottle to find out instantly if you are a winner of an "Instant Win Prize".

9. There will be 3,643,200 Promotional Bottles. The exclusive qualifying products ‘Promotional Bottles’ are:

   • Supermalt Original 6-pack 330ml bottles
   • Supermalt Original 4-pack 330ml bottles
   • Supermalt Original single 330ml bottles
   • Supermalt Less Sugar 6-pack 330ml bottles

10. Prizes:

    1. Instant Win Prizes: there are 4,035 Instant Win ("IW") prizes to be won from a total pack universe of 3,643,200 Promotional Bottles across UK. Those Instant Win Prizes consist of:
       1. 10 x £1,000 cash prize (1 guaranteed to be won) “Level 1 Cash Prize”
       2. 1,000 x Deliveroo eVouchers worth £10 each “Deliveroo Prize”
       3. 500 x eVoucher towards next purchase of a Supermalt product worth £2 each “£2 Money Off Product eVoucher”
       4. 25 x one Year supply of Supermalt (15x cases of products total from the entire Supermalt range, maximum split into two deliveries) “Product Prize”
       5. 2,500 x Supermalt branded Playing Cards “Card Prize”
    2. Late Entry Draw Prizes: 50 x eVouchers towards next purchase of a Supermalt product worth £2 each for Late Entry Draw (see clause 4). The winners will be contacted by SMS within 7 days of the draw.
    3. Wrap Up Draw: If none of the £1,000 cash prizes are won in the Main Promotion Period (15th June 2026 – 24th August 2026) there will be a Wrap Up Draw by 31st August 2026 into which all participants will be entered automatically. The winner will be contacted by phone, and the cash prize will be arranged by phone and email between the prize fulfilment agency, Umbrella Risk Management Limited, and the winner.

11. Entrants understand and agree that to redeem their prize they must be bound by the terms related to the prize they have won. The winner of the cash prize and the year supply of Supermalt shall be required to provide an official ID (e.g. valid driving licence or passport) to confirm that they are 18 years old or older.

12. Winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. Each entrant’s chance of winning is 903 to 1 based on the promotional volume of 3,643,200 vs the number of prizes to be given away at the start of the promotion. The chance of winning will not decrease across the promotional period. The number of prizes will be (statistically) dependent upon participation rates. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes are available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won.

13. After entering your details and URN on the entry form and the entry form is complete, you will be notified immediately on screen if you have won an Instant Win Prize and informed which prize you have won. Winners will also receive an SMS within 14 days confirming their win and which prize they have won, along with a link to a Claim Form to claim their prize.

    1. Winners of a Cash Prize will be required to complete the claim form with their personal details, including full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and UK bank details (name on the bank account, sort code and account number). Winners will also be required to upload a photo of their official ID (e.g. valid driving licence or passport) to confirm that they are 18 years old or older.
    2. Winners of a Deliveroo eVoucher prize will be required to complete the claim form with their personal details, including full name, date of birth, email address and mobile number.
    3. Winners of a £2 Money Off Product eVoucher prize will be required to complete the claim form with their personal details, including full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and select their preferred retailer from the drop down list. Winners will be able to choose from Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s or Tesco.
    4. Winners of a One Year Supply of Supermalt prize will be required to complete the claim form with their personal details, including full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and full postal address, including postcode. Winners will also be required to upload a photo of their official ID (e.g. valid UK driving licence or passport) to confirm that they are 18 years old or older.
    5. Winners of a Playing Cards prize will be required to complete the claim form with their personal details, including full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and full postal address, including postcode.

    Entry and claim form details must match in order for the prize to be awarded. Winners who do not complete the claim form within 14 days of receipt will forfeit their prize. Winners of a £1,000 Cash Prize, a £10 Deliveroo eVoucher or a One Year’s Supply of Supermalt who have not responded within 7 days will receive a reminder SMS. In the event the winners do not respond within a total of 14 days of receipt will forfeit their prize.

14. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they have accurately provided a valid mobile number to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 14 days of it being sent.

15. Playing Cards will be sent to the postal address provided on the claim form within 28 days of receipt of a valid claim. The Promoter will not dispatch any physical Prizes to virtual GB addresses such as, but not limited to AddressPal, Mail Boxes etc, Ghost Mail or OOH Pod. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any Prize which is lost in transit or unable to be delivered for whatever reason or for late claims or wrongfully entered information.

16. Winners of a One Year Supply of Supermalt Prize will be contacted by the Promoter via email within 14 days of receipt of a valid claim form in order to arrange delivery of the stock. Winners may indicate their preferred flavour/format variants, and the Promoter will attempt to honour these preferences, but final fulfilment depends on stock availability. Where the requested item is unavailable, an equivalent alternative will be provided.

17. Cash prize will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s bank account, based on details provided on the claim form, within 28 days of receipt of a valid claim form. Bank transfer payments will only be made payable to the person whose name appears on the online claim form and the bank details entered. Please ensure your name is typed correctly and matches the name of the account holder. For the avoidance of doubt, the bank account name required is the name as it appears on your bank account and not the name of the bank that you hold your account with. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects fulfilment of their prize. Bank transfer payments will be administered by Umbrella Risk Management Limited.

eVoucher Prize Specifics

18. To Claim Your Digital eVoucher:

    1. If you win either the Deliveroo Prize or the £2 Money Off Product eVoucher, you will receive an SMS to the phone number you provided in the entry form, with a link to a digital eVoucher, within 28 days of receipt of a valid claim form and administered by Umbrella Risk Management Limited.
    2. Once you have received the Deliveroo Prize link or the £2 Money Off Product eVoucher link via SMS, you will have 28 calendar days from the time of receipt in which to use your eVoucher before it expires. Once the £2 Money Off Product eVoucher has been activated, you will have 20 minutes to use your eVoucher. Once the Deliveroo eVoucher has been activated, you will have 20 minutes to add it to your Deliveroo account.

To Redeem Your Digital eVoucher:

19. £10 Deliveroo eVoucher Prize:

    1. To redeem the eVoucher, the winner must click the link provided in the SMS message and select “Activate”. Once activated, the Deliveroo eVoucher will be displayed and the winner may choose how to spend the eVoucher.
    2. Prize entitles the winner to £10 off purchases with on Deliveroo at the time of redemption.
    3. Any spend in excess of the £10 value must be paid by the winner using an alternative payment method.
    4. You will require a Deliveroo account to use your prize. Once the eVoucher is activated, you will have 20 minutes to add it to your Deliveroo account to spend when you wish. Once the 20 minutes have elapsed, your eVoucher will automatically expire, irrespective of the closing date of this Promotion.

20. £2 Money Off Product eVoucher:

    1. To use the eVoucher, click the link in the SMS message and once in store at the till point, and about to make your payment, select “activate”. Once the eVoucher is activated, you will have 20 minutes to use it by scanning the unique eVoucher barcode (either at the self-checkout till or by showing to a staff member to scan at a manned till).
    2. The £2 Money Off Product eVoucher may be used in Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s or Morrisons, but excluding purchases at petrol stations and online. The eVoucher provided will be for the retailer selected on the claim form.
    3. Once the 20 minutes have elapsed, your eVoucher will automatically expire, irrespective of the closing date of this Promotion. Only activate the eVoucher once you are at the tills and ready to pay to avoid eVoucher expiry and disappointment.
    4. Any remaining balance must be paid by the winner using an alternative payment method.

21. Only one original eVoucher (not a copy) can be used per transaction.

22. eVouchers can be redeemed against any product in the Supermalt range, subject to availability in the winner’s chosen retailer. If no Supermalt Products are available in the chosen store, the eVoucher cannot be used against any non-Supermalt products as an alternative.

23. Each eVoucher code is unique and can only be used once. eVouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. eVouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, auctioned, sold, traded, transferred or assigned.

24. The eVoucher will be void if altered, photocopied or reproduced (in whole or part). Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.

25. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse payment for eVouchers if it has reason to believe that they have been accepted other than in accordance with these terms or in the event of abuse or fraud to these rules.

26. Retailers remain free at all times to set their own prices.

27. By signing up for an eVoucher you are consenting to receive an SMS/text message containing the digital eVoucher link for redemption.

General

28. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating phone numbers or IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Prizes allocated to winners who are subsequently disqualified may not be reallocated.

29. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for an equivalent or greater value should the original prize offered become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.

30. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation. Such request can only be made by the Promoter.

31. The prize winners’ surnames are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to Supermalt Superwins Instant Win 2026 (8735), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date of the Promotion Period. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner their surname may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).

32. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

33. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which entrants must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

34. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending the entry form will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

35. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

36. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.

37. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

38. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered into.

39. The Promoter will collect and process certain personal information from entrants which, by taking part in the promotion, the entrants consent to with the regulation in force regarding protection of personal data. The Promoter will only use the personal data for the purposes of carrying out the Promotion and, if your consent is obtained, to send you emails containing news and offers from Supermalt and for no other purpose. However, personal data supplied during the course of the Promotion may be passed on to third party supplier only insofar as required for fulfilment/ delivery/ arrangement of the Promotion. The personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). The Promoter’s privacy policy can be found here. Any natural person concerned who can prove his or her identity has a right of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability of personal data concerning him or her and limitation of processing, as well as the fate of such data after death. Participants in the Promotion may exercise these rights by sending a written request, enclosing proof of identity, by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, to the Royal Unibrew’s Data Protection Officer: GDPR@Royalunibrew.com. The data collected is compulsory in order to take part in the Promotion. Consequently, persons who exercise their right to delete their personal data before the end of the Promotion will be deemed to have waived their right to participate and to receive a Prize. The Promoter will archive personal data collected for the management of the Promotion six months after the Promotion campaign close date then it will be deleted within a further 18 months. Where applicable, the personal data collected may be kept for a longer period in accordance with specific legal obligations or in the event of litigation.

40. This Promotion is governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
